These people are top notch! Again, came in on a pinch with a decent size project on Friday before Labor Day, could have been easily turned away, but they accommodated me! This is the second time! I’m new to the area, they have a customer for life! Morgan, Cassie, Jim, and all the mechanics are very professional, they charge for what they do and don’t overcharge! Skyler in Augusta as well, very knowledgeable and doesn’t rush you off the phone! Thank you!

Huge shoutout to Mitchell Brant for the incredible service! Honest, reliable, and truly goes above and beyond. Morgan took the time to explain everything clearly and Mitchell got the work done quickly, professionally and made the whole experience stress-free. I recently brought my Freightliner Cascadia in for repairs, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. The shop was extremely easy to work with—there were no unnecessary delays or confusion. The office staff was courteous, well-organized, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. They took the time to answer all my questions clearly and kept communication open, which I really appreciated. The technicians were just as impressive—knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly experienced with Freightliner trucks. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had me back on the road without any headaches. Wish we would have known about these guys from the start! Highly recommend the team at Elite Diesel of Savannah. We worked with Skylar, Morgan, Mitchell, and Jason. Our 2020 Western Star 5700 decided she needed a Valentine's gift and her fuel pump imploded on 2/13. In a panic, we took her to a dealership for repairs. Wrong move!!! On 2/21 after being told it would be yet another week before repairs could begin, we saw the 5 star reviews for Elite. After speaking with Skylar first, the owner, Jimmy called to personally speak to me about the repairs needed and the estimated time frame. On Monday, we moved our truck to Elite. By Thursday, we were repaired and headed to our customer. We would have been done even sooner had the warranty company completed their processing in a timely manner. We recommend Elite Diesel of Savannah to anyone in need of services near Savannah, GA along the I-95 coordinator. Update: Google asked for an update. It's now June 2025. Our truck had a few maintenance issues we needed checked out. Freight is slow, so we came back to Elite. We were greeted by everyone like family. Still the best place to come when you're in need with your truck!
